Floating

To install floating licenses on the license server, please refer to the documentation at docs.vinkvfx.com/license-server

For usage of the licenses served by the floating license server, make sure to add the provided system environment variable to all of the clients that are going to use MagicDefocus2.

Add this environment to the system:

VINKVFXLS=ip_addr@port

An example value would be:

VINKVFXLS=192.168.1.10@5082

Make sure the clients are able to reach the license server. You might need to set the firewall rules accordingly.
